No install, no API keys to paste. You add one URL in Claude and sign in.

    Open Claude's connector settings

    In claude.ai go to Settings → Connectors (available on Claude Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise).

    Add a custom connector

    Click “Add custom connector” and paste the connector URL from the card on the right.

    Sign in

    Click Connect - you'll sign in with your SignalVeritas account and approve access on one consent screen.

Custom connectors are available on Claude Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise - on claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the mobile apps. There's nothing extra to install on your side.

No. Reading your data through Claude is free on the SignalVeritas side - the conversation runs on your Claude plan. Analyses still run (and are metered) inside the platform only.

No. The connector is read-only by construction: it can list and read, never write. Nothing Claude does through it can edit data, launch an analysis, or spend anything.

Only you. You authorize with your own account, and every single request re-checks ownership - Claude sees exactly the projects your login owns, nothing else.

That's who this is for. Connect once and every project you own is available in any chat - including cross-store questions like “which of my stores has the biggest checkout problem?”.

After we ship platform updates, the secure session between Claude and the connector resets. Reconnecting is the same two-click sign-in and takes about thirty seconds.
